On March 18, 2023 Woodland Trails reached a quorum and held the WTCIA Board Elections.
Cody Hoefar, Helen Carr and Warren Kelly were re-elected to the Board.
The Holiday Inn Meeting room was filled with our residents.
After the meeting, the Board held officer elections.
President: Jeffrey Boutte
Vice-President: Michelle Madayag
Secretary: Cody Hoefar
Treasurer: Jerry Dugat
WTCIA Meetings are held on Tuesdays every other month. Check the Events page for updates.

Just a reminder that all Board Members are volunteers and are not paid to be on the Board.
There are Texas laws that protect you, the homeowner which we follow.
Woodland Trails has a management company that handle the day to day neighborhood business.
We welcome resident participation. We have several committees that could use some members. If you are interested in taking on an initiative, let us know.
