On February 14, 2023 a driver crashed into our entrance sign. Thankfully, the driver was unharmed. A police report was taken. Genesis Community is working with the Driver's insurance company to replace it. The adjuster has reviewed the area and the negotiation between Genesis Community and the Driver's insurance is in process. 

Woodland Trails CIA Board Meeting will be May 9, 2023 at the Holiday Inn.

Woodland Trails is having a Spring Cleaning Neighborhood Event on Saturday, May 13th from 11:30am - 2:30pm

Gather all your old documents that you want shredded. The neighborhood has hired a shredding company to safely dispose of documents. They will be in front of the Woodland Trails Park on May 13th. 

We're going to make it a party. There will be hotdogs and snacks. We will have our wonderful playground and a bounce house. 

Bring the entire family. Meet your neighbors. 

The ENTIRE neighborhood is invited.

March 2023, Woodland Trails created a new website. There are plans to add more functionality. The goals are to improve communication amongst our neighbors but also to promote Woodland Trails to potential homebuyers. 

Woodland Trails is a gem of a neighborhood with amazing owners and renters and many amenities.
